Full Service (50 guests or more)

All full service catering meals are set up as buffet style, and includes black plastic plates, napkins, utensil packets, wet naps, napkin rolls, serving utensils, extra napkins, bread and butter, pickle chips, jalapeno slices, tobasco, salt and pepper shaker, and a trash bag. Muddy’s BBQ professionals will arrive one hour early to set up on site to prepare and meticulously present, attend, and clean up the buffet.

Insulted foam holding boxes are available for $10. They hold hot food hot, and cold food cold for up to 5 hours. There are reusable, so save them and use them for your next order.

All pickup and drop off catering events must be placed 48 hours prior to party date.

Deposit is required to schedule event. Refundable up to one day prior to the event. Payment in full is due at the time of pickup/drop off. Unless the client has made other billing arrangements with Muddy’s

Full Service Catering Information

  • A deposit of $100 must be made to secure all full service catering dates.
  • A deposit of %50 must be made two weeks prior to all full service on-site BBQ catering events. Payment in full is due the day of the event prior to the meal being served. Unless the client has made other billing arrangements with Muddy’s. Cash, Check, Mastercard, and Visa accepted.
  • Menu selections and a firm guarantee of number of meals ordered is due a minimum of 7 days prior to event. Guest count may be increased, “within reason”, up to two days before event.
  • Our standard buffet serving time is one hour for 50 guests. If serving time is delayed, or runs over the stated time, the client is will be billed $65/hour.
  • All catering events are rain or shine affairs. Its the customers responsibility to provide suitable shelter in the event of bad weather.
  • Cancelation Policy. If the event is canceled more than two weeks prior to the event date, all deposits will be refunded in full. If the event is canceled less than one week prior to event date, no deposits will be refunded. If the event is canceled two days or less before the event, the total balance is due. We allow the event to be postponed, with no loss of money, up to one week prior to the event date.
